Some much to do in the summer and winter: Winter: Great access to New Hampshire's number one resort-Loon Mountain. the Lincoln area boasts fantastic skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice climbing and legendary night tubing with lift service. Snowmobile rentals and trails nearby. Skiing is super close to Loon (2 minutes, free shuttle every 20-30 minutes) Cannon (20 minutes), Bretton Woods (35 minutes) and Waterville (30 minutes). Also free access to two large indoor pools, three hot tubs (one outdoors), full health club and arcade room for kids.
Other Activities: tubing, snowshoeing and cross country skiing
