Our newly renovated Clearbrook townhome is available for rent year-round. This beautiful 3 bedroom + loft multi-level townhome is your home away from home. Located across the street from Loon Mountain Resort on the Kancamagus Highway w/ great mountain views. The master bdrm has a king bed, great views & private full bath. 2nd bdrm w/ queen bed, 3rd bdrm w/ queen & 3 twins, loft area w/ twin. The main living area features an open floor plan w/ a cathedral ceiling family room, large windows, a wood burning fireplace, a large comfortable sectional sofa, cable TV, VCR, DVD & CD player, children's videos & games. The fully-stocked kitchen includes plenty of silverware & place settings as well as conveniences of home such as a dishwasher, disposal, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender & plenty of wine & cocktail glasses. The kitchen opens, via a 3-seat breakfast bar, to a spacious dining room that seats 8. The deck is equipped w/ a gas grill & continuing views of Loon Mountain.
