This is a private location in Deerpark, located on the lake with views of Loon and South Mountain. The middle floor has a living and dining area with a fireplace, an eat-in kitchen, full bath and a den with a sleeper. The top floor has a master bedroom suite with a full bath and shower. The lower level has a great room with a fireplace, two bedrooms and a full bath. The facility has a recreation center with pool, hot tub and sauna, handball courts, lounge, game rooms, and an outdoor skating rink. Once you have visited Deerpark you will not bother with any other resort in this area, and this unit is one of the best at Deerpark, for size, convenience and location. The kitchen contains everything one needs for cooking. There are three TV's and a VCR. No smoking or pets. This is truly a 4 season resort with a shuttle bus provided to Loon Mountain.

Deer Park is close to a large variety of attractions including Loon Mountain (five minutes), Cannon Mountain (15 minutes), Bretton Woods (30 minutes), and Waterville Valley (30 minutes). Clarks Trading Post, Lost River, Echo Lake, Story Land, Santa's Village, gondola rides, horse riding, hiking trails, fishing, stock car racing and more. Walk to town. The towns of Lincoln and North Woodstock are both within walking distance and have several top quality restaurants, along with shops, bookstores, markets and a movie theater. At the lakeside of the unit you can swim at a private area, go tubing or take the canoe or paddle boat out.
