The Sports Club located next to the condo, offers a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fitness room . The condo is open concept with a lot of natural light. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace with 2 sofa's and a recliner. Plenty of sitting room. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and provided with cooking utensils, dishes glasses and silverware. Washer/dryer is included for your convenience. Master bedroom is a king with a full private bath, color TV and access to the deck with a view of the pond. 2nd bedroom is a queen with color TV and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds with color TV. Total package 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, ground level, Lincoln's Forest Circle. Forest Circle is part of Forest Ridge which is located just minutes away from Loon Mt. (1 mile) on the Kancamagus Highway.
