The House: Eat-in kitchen has a center island and French doors which open to the wrap-around farmer's porch. Living room has a wood-burning fireplace. Game room features fooseball and air hockey games. Full baths have double sinks. Mudroom with washer/dryer and hooks for wet suits, mittens, etc.
The Grounds: Huge yard has a basketball court (with lights), outdoor fireplace, outdoor shower, swingset, and screened gazebo. Kayak and paddle boat add to in-lake fun. Vermont Castings gas grill and lobster boiler available. Miniature golf course within walking distance!
