This house was built in 2001 and was designed with modern conveniences to comfortably accommodate large gatherings of family and friends. The property is located on a secluded “no-wake zone” cove with 75 feet of lake frontage on Lake Sunapee and a private 30 foot dock . The cove is perfect for swimming and boating in the summer and ice skating in the winter. Skiing and hiking at Mt. Sunapee is 7 miles away. There are three floors of living space with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper level, two bedrooms, a family room, bathroom, and wetbar on the lower level, and an open concept living room/kitchen/breakfast area, dining room, and half bath on the main level. The dining room is furnished with an extra large table that comfortably seats 10 people. Additional seating for 7 more people is available at the breakfast table and kitchen counter.
