Adova House: This designer-decorated Greek Revival style home was recently renovated and features a spacious open floor plan. The downstairs unit has 2BR/1BA and has two separate private entrances. The downstairs kitchen is equipped with new appliances and offers full cooking amenities. There is a private back yard off the kitchen with attractive landscaping & brick court. The house is situated at the highest point on the street. Location: E. Dover St. (between Union St. and Orange St.). Easy 5 minute walk to Main Street (0.25 miles away) and all the island boutiques and restaurants. Only steps to Francis St. Beach (on the harbor side, very calm waters); great for swimming or kayaking. Shuttle bus to Surfside Beach stops a short block away.

Enjoy the waves at Surfside Beach, which is an easy shuttle ride or bike ride away (the bike path is less than a 5 minute walk away). Francis St. Beach (steps away) offers calm waters for a relaxing swim or a kayaking adventure (they rent kayaks there). Children's Beach is about a 10 minute walk away. Most boutiques and restaurants on the island are within a 10-min walk from the house, many are only 5 minutes away. If it's raining, you can take a shuttle bus to town (the shuttle stop is just steps away).
