Plenty of privacy in a quiet neighborhood, this beautiful contemporary house is nestled in a wooded area located approx. 1.5 miles from the Vineyard Haven Ferry. An open floor plan with cathedral ceilings offers plenty of natural sunlight. Spacious outside shower with a barbecue grill on large walkout deck with patio furniture makes an inviting evening after an enjoyable day at the beach. This house is located very close to a bike path and a beach is approx 1.5-2 miles from the house.

The town of Oak Bluffs is home of the Flying Horses Carousel, the oldest operating carousel in the country. The Oak Bluffs Campground offers brightly painted cottages also known as the 'Gingerbread Houses', that were built in the 1800's. As you golf you will capture a magnificent ocean view. Bike paths are around the Island. Chilmark Chocolates is a must, located in Chilmark. Shop at any of the Vineyard towns. The Island offers many wonderful restaurants to dine out. Visit our scenic lighthouse. Visit Chicama Vineyard, a winery located in West Tisbury. Go horseback riding or miniature golfing. Watch a beautiful sun set on Menemsha Beach. Aquinnah is home of the Wampanoag Indians. Here you will find colorful clay cliffs along an open ocean. Great place also to enjoy a sunset. Charter Fishing or fish alone. There is much to see and do on the Island of Martha's Vineyard.

Notes: This is a two floor (3) Bedroom house. The master bedroom sleeps (1) queen that is located on the second floor. This bedroom also has it own half bath. A second bedroom located on the main floor, sleeps (1 )queen and the third bedroom also in the main floor sleeps (2 ) twin beds. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower is on the main level. There is also a very large private outside shower. The washer/ Dryer are located in the basement and there is an outside cloths line for your convenience. The Living room and kitchen offers an open floor plan with (16) foot cathedral ceilings, contemporary window design and plenty of sunlight.
