This property is located only one block from Edgartown Harbor off of South Water Street. This is a lovely area of beautiful homes. This property is within walking distance to the center of town, but on a quiet street. This Cape style home has four bedrooms and two baths. The living room has wood floors, built in bookcases, and a see-through fireplace. This location is only a short walk to the salt water beach. A patio, BBQ-grill, outdoor shower, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, satellite TV in den and bedroom, VCR or DVD, and fireplace are all included. Separate Laundry room. There is also a bar in the den. We do not allow pets, or smoking. Rates include garbage pickup. Please call for a full-color brochure!

Edgartown, MA is one of New England's most elegant little towns. Its harbor and waterfront are like something out of a picture book. Our house is perfectly situated for walking downtown and taking in the view of stately white Greek revival houses built by the whaling captains of the era, visiting the little shops around the harbor and having a meal on the water. There are museums and churches within walking distance and the crashing waves of South Beach are only a short 5 minute drive away.
