Wonderful family home in 1920’s active summer colony situated on a private ocean point. Access to 2 private beaches, tennis courts and all water activities. Community activities and instruction available for children and adults. (i.e., sailing lessons, tennis lessons…) Unbelievable, unobstructed ocean views, beautiful sunrises and sunsets! 10 minutes from charming Padanaram Village and 15 more minutes to the mall, etc… Very open 1st floor plan, with sun room, large living room, dining room and front porch overlooking the water. Half bath downstairs, and full bath upstairs. 5 bedrooms, accommodating 8 people max - 1 King Bed, 3 Full Beds, 2 Twin Beds. More photos available, I'd be happy to e-mail them to you. The house is located in the community of Salter's Point in South Dartmouth MA. It is conveniently located 1 hour south of Boston, and just west of Cape Cod. It's a quick ferry ride to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, and only 45 minutes from Providence. New Bedford, only 15 minutes away, was the worlds preeminent whaling port during the 1800's, and is now home to the wonderful New Bedford Whaling Museum, located within the National Park district of the city.
