At 2600 square feet, it is 3 levels with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a den with an upgraded Jennifer Convertibles pull out full size sofa. Ample parking on a dead end cul de sac. Features include hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen w/ granite and stainless steel appliances, and beautiful bathrooms with corian counter tops. Crown molding, a gas fireplace, and wireless Internet, are some nice additions, as well. There's also 2 decks with a new stainless steel gas grill, 1 patio, and a widows walk where you can sit up top and relax under the stars. All new mattresses, furniture, linens, etc. will be provided. The queen bedroom has a walk-in closet that can fit a port a crib as well as the ample room in the king size bedroom. Come & enjoy the Marketplace, which offers family nights!
