A unique studio, eclectically furnished with a spectacular ocean view and private path to the beach. In less than 10 minutes you can walk to Ballston Beach or take the path to Brush Hollow (famous nude beach). You have total privacy with the ocean in front and deep woods on the sides. The nearest house is down the hill and out of view. Ideal for mystics, writers, artists, nudists, lovers -anyone desiring peace, quiet and solitude. The front of the studio is all glass facing the ocean. The deck has 2 chairs, a chaise and a grill. There is a queen bed, one bath and an outdoor shower. There is a meditation loft with a queen futon mattress but this cottage is best suited for a couple or individual. Pets are welcome with prior approval. Bring your own linens and please, no smoking.
