This home has been readied for occupancy in the fall of 2005. It was personally designed by the owner to provide a maximum of light and space contained in a cozily arranged open floor plan with two back bedrooms and full baths. The large living -dining-kitchen area is arranged off a screen porch and deck and leads to a small study/office room. The master bedroom is extra large with private bath. The smaller bedroom contains 2 twin beds and has direct entry to the hall bath. The house sits on over an acre of wooded terraine at the very end of a long private road yet is just a few minutes walk to peaceful, very swimmable Duck Pond. Adults can take a leisurely 35 minute walk through the National Seashore (which surrounds the property) to White Crest ocean surfing beach.
