This sunny spacious contemporary home is located a mile from fabulous Ballston Beach and less than a mile from Truro Center, with it's fish market and gourmet food store. The house is located on a private wooded hilltop and features a very large wraparound deck which allows you to soak up the sun all day and enjoy al fresco dining. There is a spacious open floor plan with a large, light living/dining room surrounded by glass. The kitchen features an indoor grill, built into the chimney which allows for easy grilling in any weather. A private outdoor shower is refreshing after a day at the beach. This home is a perfect setting for a private and peaceful family vacation. Please note, this property has a two week minimum stay.
