This is a wonderful upscale home with a quiet, fenced-in yard which includes a large koi pond with waterfall. Walk across the bridge to a curving mahogany deck and sit in privacy.
Easy walk to small private association beach or only 3/4 mile down to the very popular Craigville Beach.
The cathedral ceiling great room is open to the kitchen and has glass on 3 sides. There is a free-standing gas fireplace for those sometimes chilly Cape Cod evenings. Two new sliding glass doors lead to a wrap-around deck and the rear yard. Brand new HD TV and DVD player.
The master bedroom is a few steps up from the main level and has a cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom featuring marble flooring and a two-person jacuzzi tub. A large slider leads to another private deck overlooking the golf course.

The Home is located on 'The Avenues' in West Hyannisport. Part of the 'Seaside Park' Association established in 1893. There is a private Association beach only a few blocks away with beautiful sunrise and sunset views of the ocean and salt marsh. Craigville Beach is only 3/4 mile down the road. This is one of the best and most popular beaches on the Cape...lifeguards..clam shacks. Hyannis is only a few miles away with ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Many good restaurants and bars, shopping and other attractions.
