Further details about this house rental
Great Location: We have 2 cottages that sit side by side. Pictures of both are included in the ad… They are located at 147 & 149 Grand Ave – You can Google or Yahoo map the location to see exactly where it is. It is NOT a busy street, (which is a great aspect) because it is “One Way” and you cannot enter from the ocean end, so all you will typically get is the local neighbors driving down the street. All of our neighbors are great!. It is really a nice spot....We supply all kinds of beach amenities including chairs, umbrellas, lots of beach toys, a beach wagon to carry things including toddlers, a couple of older bikes great for touring the neighborhood and 2 kayaks, if you are so inclined….The beach is a 2 minute walk (with the wagon :), great for going back and forth for lunch, naps, breaks from the sun, etc ...... Little Pond located directly in front of the houses is great for kayaking….Please feel free to call if you have any questions about anything.....
