All the beds are in EXCELLENT condition, so you'll be well rested and ready to enjoy everyday you're in the cape.

The Living room: Perhaps the best view in the house is staring into the living room! The super-high cathedral ceilings and tall windows make it the showcase room of the house. We equipped this room with an easy-to-use 5.1 surround sound system and a 31 inch screen TV if you want to watch a DVD or some television. However, for the complete escape from the outside world, or when the night gets a little cool, turning on the gas fireplace is just a turn of a dial away. All of our easy-to-use equipment makes entertainment at home a breeze!
The Loft: Upstairs you'll find the loft lounge and study. The loft contains another sitting area and a TV with a VCR so the kids can watch there favorite moves. We have a large selection of VHS tapes for the young viewer including head phones and an extensive children’s reading library including puzzles, coloring books and Lego’s. There's also a desk set up for the student or business man or woman that needs to finish a few important assignments or send a few emails from their laptop computer via their cell-phone. We have found the cellular reception is more than adequate in the study, which may come from the skylight, filling the room with comfortable, natural light.
Outside: The outside deck has an enclosed shower to help get all the sand off you, your bathing suit, your sandals and anything else you probably have after a great day at the beach. We also have patio furniture and a gas grill to barbeque and enjoy a perfect meal after your day at the beach or your adventures biking, canoeing or kayaking.
Golf: We're located only 6.8 miles away from the Captains Golf Course, one of Cape Cod's premier golf courses. Located in nearby Brewster, you'll have almost no lag time between breakfast and the 1st tee. With two, public, championship courses this close, at very reasonable rates, you'll find that we're in the perfect location for the golfing enthusiast.
