Bike to the nearest bayside beach from our home which is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood! We are only one mile from beautiful Sunken Meadow Beach on the bayside and two miles from the famed Nauset Light Beach on the ocean side. We are also very close to the Cape Cod Bike Trail which will take you from Dennis to Wellfleet! Our home is very clean and comfortable with all of the amenities necessary for a wonderful vacation. Many of the house contents are new. There is also a beautiful large deck which contains an enclosed hot and cold shower and lots of room for entertaining! The six room spacious layout consists of an eat-in kitchen, living room, enclosed breezeway/den, and three bedrooms (2 first floor, 1 second floor) allowing ample space and privacy for everyone! There is a nice large backyard for playing games or just relaxing in the summer sun. It is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. References are available upon request.

There are numerous things to do and see in this beautiful Outer Cape area. Our home is located in a wonderful neighborhood very close to the Wellfleet line. It is also close (approx. 1/2 mile) to the Cape Cod Bike Trail, Sunken Meadow beach on the bayside (1 mile), several other bayside beaches and both Nauset Light and Coast Guard Beaches on the oceanside (2 miles). Also near Great Pond (fresh water), Audubon sanctuary, flea market, drive-in, mini & regular golf courses, and many other activities. Only about 1/2 hour drive to Provincetown's great shops, galleries and restaurants.
