Immaculate home with all amenities located in very quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Orleans, beaches, and bike trail. One mile to Bay beaches, 4 miles to ocean beaches, 3 miles to Seashore Visitor Center. This contemporary Cape home has a light, bright interior with an open floor plan. It has central air-conditioning, and an exterior deck with a gas barbecue. Other amenities include an outside shower, fireplace in living room, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. There is a large, private master bedroom with full bath on the second floor. The secluded neighborhood is bordered by a salt marsh.
