Location: The home is located in the historic and picturesque Sesuit Neck neighborhood of East Dennis Massachusetts on beautiful Cape Cod. It is in close proximity to many charming restaurants and tourist sites and is a 10 minute drive from the famous Cape Playhouse. It is a 10 minute drive to route 6 and is on the Massachusetts Bay side of the Cape.
House Description: The house was totally renovated in Spring 2005. It is newly painted and has oak hardwood floors in the family room and kitchen area. Bathrooms have ceramic tile. The remainder of the house has been carpeted in tasteful beige Berber carpeting. Furniture is new and consists of high end pine and white painted pieces and down filled sitting pieces. There is a formal dining room with an expandable dining table and seating for eight. The kitchen table for more informal dining has seating for six. There is a full set of exterior patio furniture including four chaises, sitting pieces, dining table, banquet tables and sun umbrellas to make your outside experience very comfortable and enjoyable.
