Large, sunny living room with built-ins. Separate dining room. Three generous bedrooms with ample closet space. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom with tub and shower. Screened-in porch for insect-free outdoor enjoyment. Hardwood floors throughout. Rinse off in the large enclosed outdoor shower after your day of fun in the sun. Your vacation spot is located on a child friendly dead-end street with only 4 houses and just a 1/2 mile from the South beaches. The large fenced-in yard is perfect for croquet, relaxing and picnics. Family sized picnic table (with umbrella) and gas grill for outdoor BBQ's. Mature shade trees, yet lots of sun for just hanging out. A variety of board and card games for family entertainment.
