Located in the charming village of Cotuit. We have a 3-4 bedroom home in a very family friendly, quiet neighborhood. There is a large beautiful yard and the house is in walking distance to a playground and tennis courts. In the summer, enjoy the town beach which is a nice bike ride away. The beach pass provided may be used at any of the Barnstable beaches. There is even a public golf course in town! Cotuit is centrally located between Hyannis and Falmouth - only exit 2 off of either bridge. Cotuit is only a 5 minute ride from Mashpee Commons and New Seabury. This fully furnished home is available for the winter months, as well as in the summer.
