- This is a one bedroom studio directly on Nantucket Sound w/private beach. You can walk to public beaches or fishing piers or fish/swim in your back yard. There is also watersports (kayak, waverunner) rental at the Red Jacket Beach Resort two blocks away. Ideal for a couple or a couple w/a small child. Summer rental rate is $1,200. wk. Off peak season rental rate for May $750/week and for June & September is $850/week. Winter rental is now also available from Oct-May for $1,200 per month.
