Parents can relax in the private yard or spend an evening on the large screened porch. A great house for a getaway as the 3rd bedroom can be used for sleeping, reading or to relax in the quiet of Cape Cod. Only 4 houses on this country lane make this a quiet child safe environment. Stroll the child safe neighborhood, walk to the beach or watch Cable TV & DVDs. All outdoor furniture, picnic tables and grill are there for your use. Well equipped kitchen. Beach: Walk to South Village Beach and the mouth of the Swan Pond River. Swim or just relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Nantucket Sound. Let the gentle current drift you up the river on your swim board/noodles. This is an area of great family fun.
