Our cozy cottage, located in a wooded setting, is ideal for families and is a part of Starfish Vacation Village cottages located just off of Spring Valley Road. One of 14 cottages (the majority being owner-occupied during the summer season), our private road (loop) allows for safe walking and bike riding. We're just a 5 minute drive (15 minute bike ride) to Great Pond, Cahoon Hollow Beach and the Beachcomber on the ocean side...10 minutes to the Cape Cod Bike Trail and 10 minutes to Wellfleet harbor and Baker Beach on the bayside. The kitchen and living area have been totally remodeled in 2006 in solid pine! The property also has a lovely in-ground swimming pool and a hammock in the backyard. Taking reservations for summer 2007 beginning February 1st. Down payment of 50% will be required and is not refundable (please be sure of your week) so please keep that in mind when booking. - Please Bring Your Own Sheets And Towels. Tub mat and kitchen towels provided. A futon/sleep sofa is in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with 4-burner gas stove/oven, microwave and BBQ grill on the deck. There's a blender for margaritas and large lobster pot too. I've roasted a turkey there at Thanksgiving! We also provide basic cooking ingredients including herbs, spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, catsup, mustard & other condiments. We only ask that you replace anything that you finish. For rainy days we have a selection of reading material, board games and DVD's & VHS tapes. Color TV has front AV outputs for your computer game consoles but we really suggest you hike the White Cedar Swamp at Marconi beach instead!

Master bedroom has AC unit. Kitchen has full-sized fridge with freezer. Washer and dryer on premises...bring quarters! Please hang beach towels on the clothesline in the backyard... not on the front deck. Children under the age of 16 MUST be supervised by an adult while using the swimming pool as there is **No Lifeguard on duty** Parking strictly limited to 2 cars only in the driveway. Free wi-fi internet access is available at the Wellfleet Public library 10 minutes from cottage..hours posted on the fridge!
If it is hot and dry...please give the flowers outside a drink (watering can provided)!
