Off-Season Rentals must be paid in full at time of booking
All rentals require 1/2 of the cost paid at time of reservation to block off calendar. The balance is due by May 1st. Incorporated into the rental fee is a $250 non-refundable deposit times the number of weeks when holding the reservation. Rentals reserved after May 1st require full payment at time of reservation.
A $250 refundable security deposit is required at time of rental per week rented. Deposit is returned following final cleaning and inspection.
A $75 cleaning fee will be added to the final cost on a per weekly basis. Cleanings are done weekly.
