Step back in time as you stay in this lovely, genuine antique cape built in 1802. 24' wide pine floors, antique hardware. Four fireplaces, one with a bee hive oven. The master bedroom has a canopy bed and a charming fireplace. There are two bathrooms and a large family room. There is also a nice dining room and front parlor. The house is situated on an acre lot with a clam shell driveway and an old, disused railway line behind.
The kids will love the adventure of walking the rail line to the Bass river. There are many acres of conservation land and trails behind the house. The house has two patios for BBQs and a nice sun room to relax in. There is plenty of space in the yard for the kids to play ball and have fun in the sun.

The are several outstanding beaches nearby either on the Bay side or on Nantucket Sound. The bike path leading all the way to Wellfleet on the Outer Cape is only a couple of minutes away. There is a nice ,public golf course down the street. You will want to take a whale watch from Provincetown,explore the beautiful drive along route 6A.
Be sure to visit some of the light houses protecting the Cape too. Antique shops and art galleries are to be found up and down the Cape.Use this house as a base to explore all the Cape has to offer. Enjoy fabulous sunsets over Cape Cod Bay. The fresh lobsters, oysters and clams are outstanding! They are special! Kayaks can be rented for your use on the Bass River.There is simply so much to do that each day of your vacation can be totally unlike the previous one if you so wish.
