Deeded beach rights allow you the privacy of a private beach or a lifeguard protected beach. They are near Hyannis, shopping, and boat docks to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Historic Craigville Village with its 'ole Cape Cod' charm is within walking distance, as well as the famous 4 Seas Ice Cream Store and the Centerville 'penny' country store. Owner managed and maintained properties are well-suited for families. 'Seniors' like the laid back atmosphere especially in spring and fall when it is not so busy.
