Walk to the beach in these studio condos in a very quiet small condo association. Each unit has it's own deck with gas grills, fully equipped pantry kitchens, large walk in closet and shower bathrooms. Only one floor--old motel converted to condos--only 12 units total. I own 2. Located off main street (Rt 28) Near the beach on Swan River Road. The river is behind the condos. Near Hyannis where you can deep sea fish, whale watch, or ferry to Nantucket Island or Martha's Vineyard
