First floor unit of charming Cape Cod construction was just newly renovated. Brand new kitchen and bathroom and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Ample seating area in living room with flat screen television and DVD player. A CD player as well as connection compatible with I-pods also included. The kitchen is well stocked and includes a dishwasher, blender, toaster oven and espresso/coffee machine. There is an exclusive use outdoor seating area with a grill. There is a washer and dryer on site and one parking space is included.
