Ideally located bright and airy second floor condo on quiet street and short walk into center of Provincetown. Sunny SW facing deck with gas grill, dining table/chairs and umbrella. Newly refurbished kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances; and a dining room to seat four. Both bedrooms have new queen beds with 400 count sheets and air conditioning. Living room has state of the art flat screen TV, DVD player and surround sound entertainment center. A great place to enjoy all that Provincetown has to offer!

near West End property on Court Street (which runs from Commercial Street starting between Bubala's and Spiritus, across to Shank Painter Road at Grand Union; we're on the corner of Holway Ave across from Winthrop St. cemetery). Excellent location for walks through town or biking out to the beach; but enough off the beaten path to offer quiet times when at home. Enjoy sun filled days at the beach, watch the sunset from our private deck, make dinner in our modern kitchen, and then stroll into town for evening entertainment.
