You have a choice... Relax and read, or be active. Hopefully you will do both! Our condominium accesses tennis courts, has nearby casual and fine dining, as well as a bike path from the property leading to the extensive, 26 mile, paved Cape Cod Rail Trail where you can run, ride, stroll, or in-line skate. Bike rentals are available at the resort or in town. Take a golf lesson from the Pro Staff at the nearby public Captain's Golf Course. Tennis lessons and fitness classes are available throughout the season at Ocean Edge. Many beaches, both saltwater and fresh water are yours for the choosing. Nickerson State Park, antique shops, and restaurants are very close to our condo. You can walk to get ice cream, wine, flowers, pizza, fresh local seafood and to the natural foods store. Going to the Beach, whale watching, boating, surfing, kayaking, and Striper fishing are a part of life here on the Cape. If you don't want to be active, you can hang at the water's edge.

Visit the gorgeous Cape Cod National Seashore! Have a Park Naturalist take you on a guided program. Go to a Brewster Whitecaps baseball game, there's no admission! Catch a foul ball and get signatures from the Players before they become major leaguers! On Sundays in July and August enjoy concerts in the Park by the Brewster Band, overlooking Cape Cod Bay... Just bring a chair, blanket & a cooler (which we provide)! Elegant, casual, and savory settings like the Reef Cafe and the Linx Tavern are a short walk from the condominium. Treat yourself to the grilled entrees, raw bar, gourmet coffees, and fresh salads. The Cape Playhouse is America's oldest professional theater and is in the adjacent town of Dennis. Take a day trip by ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket during your stay at 67 Chilton Lane. Enjoy all the possibilities at Cape Cod's premier resort and our vacation condo, just one and a half hours from Boston. You will not want to leave!

Golf: Our condo is located on the of the award winning, Jack Nicklaus design championship Ocean Edge 18 hole golf course. This is now a private course. The nearby public course (about 1.5 miles from the condo), has two 18 hole courses and a newly constructed driving range. Lessons are also available for all ages & abilities.

Guest Book: The condo provided absolutely everything we needed. The grill and patio were wonderful. We enjoyed many meals and moments there looking out at the pond.
