Activities : The house and furnishings are brand new (2005), and the amenities include: private hot tub, fireplace, A/C, satellite TV, pool table, dart board, new 50'' plasma TV, home theater, Xbox w/games including Halo2, 3 CD/DVD players, 3 VCRs, 4 TVs, fully-equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, picnic table, porch swing, off-street parking for 4+ cars/trailers, quiet cul-de-sac yet near everything! Because we want to keep the 'new house smell', no smoking or pets. (On site or nearby): hiking, rock climbing, biking, 6 golf courses within 30min, miniature golf, amusement parks, fishing, hunting, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, sightseeing, swimming, boating, sailing, water-skiing, tubing, windsurfing, jet skiing, whitewater rafting, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, sledding and the huge new snow tubing park. Just a mile from the Wisp Ski Resort!
Other Activities: Fun in the sun on Deep Creek Lake, or Skiing on WISP mountain... all less than 1mi away!!!
