Sunday River Lodge is located in beautiful Bryant Pond. It is a brand new spacious log cabin, situated atop of Oak Hill, with wonderful full views of the valley and Lake Christopher. The lodge is comfortably appointed and tastefully decorated using Maine decor. It has a large hot tub, adjacent to the deep stone firepit, overlooking Lake Christopher. Sunday River Lodge is a great place to enjoy a wonderful summer vacation. You get gental breezes from atop of Oak Hill, and both the loons and the distant trains help you fall asleep in the evenings. There are incredible hikes and bike paths just minutes from our home, and mountain hikes with waterfalls and swimming pools that I can show you how to get to. Lake Christopher is only a 5 minute walk down our hill, and there are 5 swimming lakes just a short drive away. We guarantee you will just love your stay at Sunday River Lodge.

Notes: 4 bedrooms, all very large, with ample closet space. Three bedrooms have new Queen beds with luxury bedding, while fourth 'bunk room 'has 4 bunk beds, perfect for kids. The loft has a futon, about the size of a double bed. Summer, The Lake is only a 5 minute walk down the road, and opens up to a wonderful kid's playground and public swimming beach complete with docks and roped off area. Winter, Great place to sled ride, down the hill to the lake, and also excellent hiking and cross-country ski trails. Only 5 minutes from MT Abrams, and under 15 minutes to Sunday River. Special Instructions Please Read: Very important to understand that no pets or smoking is allowed. Security deposit for 50% of total price is required to hold your reservation. We will ask that you sign a no smoke / no pet / maximum occupants disclosure upon receipt of the security deposit. The balance of the payment and security deposit is required three weeks before arrival dates. Upon receipt of final payment we will mail you a packet with all the details to make you trip an enjoyable one. The security deposit will be returned upon inspection of premises. This should happen within one week of departure date, however it may take up to three weeks to fully inspect and send out reimbursement.
