This brand new home is situated on a point with waterfront on two sides; it is in a secluded location with only weekend neighbors across the street. We are located only 3 miles from Mt. Abram Skiing, and approx. 14 miles from Sunday River Ski Resort (barely a cup of coffee away!). We insist that you make yourselves at home while visiting; relax and enjoy the beautiful setting and nearby activities, and at the same time, we ask that you please treat our home with the same respect that you would treat your own home. ** Please, no smoking and no pets.**
