Located between the access road and the Snubber chairlift, this Winters Way location offers total convenience with ski in/ski out access to the Snubber lift or resort wide shuttle access at your front door. This townhouse style condo is set up for families. There are two bedrooms (both with queen size beds) two full baths and laundry on the second floor; full kitchen, dining area (seating for 10) and living room on the main floor; and a second living room, bunk room (2 sets of bunk beds, sleeps 4) and full bath in the finished walk-out basement. Basement living room has a TV, DVD, VCR, home theater stereo and queen size futon sofa. Send the kids downstairs and relax upstairs! Seating in entry, private ski locker and rear deck with gas grill included. Fabulous views of Sugarloaf and the Bigelow range. Access to cross country ski trails and snowshoeing from the Snubber lift line to the touring center.

Resort amenities includes health and fitness center, outdoor center for snowshoeing, cross country skiing and ice skating and the AntiGravity center with tramps, skate ramps and climbing wall. Directions to Sugarloaf: From the South, I-95 North to exit 112B in Augusta, follow Route 27 North through Belgrade, Farmington and Kingfield to Carrabassett Valley and Sugarloaf. Access road is on your left.
