Perfect for a small family or friends looking to get the most out of the ski season or for hiking and golf. 1 bedroom with a queen bed and cable TV. Queen size sleeper/sofa and a full size sleeper/sofa in living area, with cable TV. Full-service kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker etc. Indoor ski closet to hold all of your gear. Located close to the new Sunday River Golf Course as well as the Bethel Country Club. Local phone and cable included. Jacuzzi tub/shower.

There are many restaurants/bars nearby, as well as the Big Adventure Center, snowmobile rentals, sleigh rides, cross-country skiing and skating, and numerous activities on the mountain. The village of Bethel also offers many fine restaurants and shops, as well as a cinema. North Conway, NH, is only a scenic 45 minute drive away. There are numerous activities during the summer, including the new Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course at Sunday River, and hiking galore.
