4 season vacation home with heat on North Pond. 3 story camp just feet from water's edge & minutes from Sunday River & Mt. Abram skiing. Spectacular panoramic views thru glass walls with the illusion of floating atop the water. Walk down the stairs & you're a few feet from the sandy beach. Step over to the spacious dock with Adirondack chairs for you to relax & socialize. Read, sip beverages, watch the kids swim, or simply do nothing from the dock & yard. Fish for Smallmouth & Largemouth Bass. Teach a kid to fish. There's plenty of Perch. --- Inside, the camp has welcoming views of the pond and mountains. The main floor features a full kitchen with an island and chairs plus a cozy sitting area. The living room has a fire place. Upstairs there's 1 large bedroom with a queen sized and 2 single beds that sleeps 4. In the cellar 2 bunk beds sleep 4. It easily sleeps 8. --- Sunday River Ski Resort, in the town of Bethel, is a short ride away. Mt Abram is even closer.

Sunday River resort in Bethel Maine is a short drive away. Fine dining and mountain activities abound. Mt Abrams noted for family skiing which is 5 minutes away. North Pond, South Pond, and Round Pond are all connected and accessible to each other. Fantastic fishing, boating, water skiing, etc.
