Ideal vacation spot for families or friends that like to vacation together. You can be with family & friends, but have your privacy too. Home offers 3 bedrooms, 2-full baths, 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms, a large enclosed porch to eat on or play cards & relax. 1fl Apt (above ground level) has 1 bdrm with queen bed, living room w/dbl futon bed, kitchen, bath w/shower stall, & a patio area. 2fl Apt is two levels with a lg. kitchen, bath w/ shower stall, large living room w/dbl futon bed, large enclosed porch. 3rd level has two bedrooms (1-dbl, 2-twins). *Easy* 3-4 min. walk to the beach & a 10-15 min. walk to the Pier, amusement park rides, arcades, mini-golf, water slide, & restaurants. House is tucked away in a family neighborhood, but it is close to so many things. Very convenient-walk to most places! West Grand side of Old Orchard Beach.

Easy walk to 7 miles of sandy beach, great amusement park, arcades, water slide, mini-golf.
3-4 min. walk to the beach & 10-15 walk to the Pier. So much to do for kids! Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, Home Depot, Super Walmart, Christmas Tree Shop, Kohls, Outlets, drugstores, fast food, family restaurants, all just a short driving distance away in Saco, Biddeford, & near Portland areas. Also, wonderful for kids & only a short drive (approx. 10-15 mins.) to Rt. 1 in Saco - home to 'Aguaboggon' & 'FunTown USA/Splashland' Water Slides/Water Parks, and a drive-in movie theatre. Many area restaurants, and golfing is close by. You can take the DownEaster train to Portand or Boston! If a cloudy day, you can take a ride (approx. 30 mins.) to Freeport or Kittery & shop at all the shopping outlets!

Sorry...we do not have Air-conditioning but have ceiling fans, no Washer/Dryer (but a laundromat is just 2 blocks away), No dishwasher, newer gas grill, plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans. Newer comfy mattresses, newer futon beds, Ample parking. For the consideration of others & for allergy reasons -please, there is No Smoking & No Pets allowed. Thank you.
