Rate information for this Wells cottage rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Peak July 1 - Sept 8 -$1250/wk, Off Peak -Sept 9 - 16 $1000/wk

Weekly rentals go from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am. 50 % deposit is due when reservation is made. Full payment is due 2 weeks before check in. Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of check-in date. Additionally there is a $100.00 key/security deposit. Key/security deposit will be returned upon redemption of keys and inspection of the cottage.
Fees: Summer Village Resort will charge an amenities fee of $25 per person (over age 4) -maximum of $100 per household and a $40 check in/out fee to be paid to the resort upon arrival. This amenities fee covers all children and adult activities as well as movie, trolley and live music.
