Wonderful newly constructed and newly furnished two-bedroom cottage in seasonal resort community, is available for rent. Open floor plans include expansive three season porch. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and all the comforts of home, including washer and dryer! Climate controls include AC, ceiling fans and electric baseboard heat for those occasional chilly nights! Resort amenities include community building with state of the art fitness facility with sauna, computer room, dramatic great room, game room and video arcade. Outdoor amenities include adult swimming pool, family swimming pool, tennis courts, bocce courts and volleyball area! Facility even has a unique outdoor movie theatre! Great location: located on Route 1 with trolley access to area beaches and resort communities! Sleeps 6 comfortably: one of the bedrooms has a queen bed; another bedroom has a pair of twin beds and the living room has a pull out sofa for two. Parking for two cars.

Several golf courses nearby as well! On site trolley services the property, thereby enabling even those with mobility issues to enjoy and have access to all features of the resort.

Amenity Fee: The resort also charges the following, which is payable directly to Summer Village at the time of check-in. The amenity fees and registration fees will be charged as follows for the 2008 year: 1. May 1-23 / Sept. 31-October 1-30: $8.00 per unit per day; 2. May 24-June 20 / Aug30-Sep 30: $12.00 per unit per day; 3. June 21-Aug 29: $30.00 per person per week not to exceed a total of $120.00 per cottage per week.

Registration Fee: The Registration fee is $45 per stay, regardless of the time of year.
