Cozy, clean, updated home located in-town Bar Harbor, a 5 minute walk from the village green.
Situated in a quiet neighborhood with a large enclosed yard, this home is a great spot for a family vacation.
Three bedrooms, one bath, kitchen, dining room, living room and wrap around deck with BBQ - all on one level, also with a basement-level laundry with washer/dryer.
Bedrooms: master bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds, 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. Master has window AC, 20' TV, telephone. 2nd bedroom has window AC.
Kitchen: all updated appliances - dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove/oven, blender, mixer, TV - center bar with 2 stools.
Dining room: Seating for 6 around dining table, with folding chairs for guests.
Living room: large couch and love seat, computer desk, TV with DVD, VCR, AM/FM stereo with CD changer, telephone (calling card needed), wired Broadband Internet.
Note: Due to insurance regulations the fireplace is non-functional
