Lovely cabin on beautiful shorefront property on Western side of MDI. This 5 acre property has gently sloping fields to a wonderful cobblestone beach with private deepawater granite pier and dock. The Southwestern exposure provides incredible views towards Swans Island and the outer reaches of Blue Hill Bay. The beach is perfect for your own lobsterbake and incredible sunsets. The 150' pier with 24' floating dock will accommodate your boating activities along with a mooring suitable for a 50' vessel. The villages of Bass harbor and Bernard are approximately 1 mile away. The cabin consists of one great room with vaulted ceilings and a loft to accommodate additional sleeping quarters. The cabin includes one full size bed, one couch that converts to a queen size bed and a sleeping loft to accommodate 2 people. The location is truly amazing and must be seen to be appreciated.
