Solana Lakes Community: Solana Lakes is a secure gated community surrounding a peaceful five acre lake. A private island, conveniently accessed from lighted boardwalks centered between each building, is home to the heated swimming pool and hot tub. Lighted fountains create a sense of elegant ambiance. The only lake front community in Brevard County, Florida with ocean access, Solana Lakes is comprised of eight lake front buildings. All eight buildings have a central lobby with security phone and conveniently located elevators. Eat-in kitchen boasts a frost-free refrigerator with ice maker, self-cleaning oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and washer & dryer. The master suite has an over-sized air conditioned walk-in closet. BUILT IN 2004!!
Solana Lake Amenities: All Solana Lakes residents can enjoy the community recreation center complete with full kitchen facilities, party/meeting room, separate card room, fitness center and sauna. Enjoy a couple rounds of tennis on either of the two lighted Solana Lakes tennis courts. At Solana Lakes they have thought of everything, including a drive-thru car rinse and car wash area. The villa has a lakeside balcony which can be enjoyed from both the master suite and central living area. Residents also enjoy private beach access. Solana Lakes is located next to Port Canaveral, making cruise ship watching a delight as well as the Kennedy Space Center, which gives you the perfect seat for rocket and shuttle launches. Solana Lakes offers easy access to the Orlando International Airport.
