All rates are subject to 5% Processing Fee and an 11% Florida State and Sarasota County Tax. Extra nights are
pro-rated. One week minimum stay. Two-week minimum stay March 1 through March 31. All rates are in U.S.
Dollars. MasterCard and Visa accepted. An advance deposit of $300 is required to confirm a reservation. 50%
of the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. 50% or $3OO (whichever is greater) is required to confirm a
reservation made 90 days or less prior to arrival. Your security deposit of $300 is payable upon arrival and will
be returned within 45 days after your departure (after condo owners' telephone bills are received). There is no
charge for local calls. A monthly stay is considered 28 days and includes a discount from the weekly rate. The
week of Independence Day (July 4th) is at a premium rate of 10%. -
In order to receive a refund of an advance deposit, TENANT'S cancellation request must be made in writing 60 or more days prior to arrival. A refund will be issued minus a $75.00 cancellation fee. In the event of less than 60 days notification, MIDNIGHT COVE REALTY, INC., will attempt to rent the reserved rental period and if successful, TENANT will receive a refund minus a $75.00 cancellation fee. If rental period is not rented, the deposit is non-refundable. If TENANT requests a change in dates after the 60 days, the same policy applies.
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED.

- The home sleeps 6 comfortably as it offers two master suites, complete with king beds and their own full bathrooms. The open balcony off of one of the suites offers views of the canal and resort boat docks. Both suites have televisions. There is also a washer and dryer on the upper level. We recently replaced all of the linens, bedding, and towels.

Fun in the sun is what Siesta Key is all about.: If you are interested in watersports, there is fishing, boating, dolphin tours, and sunset cruises. There are many golf courses on the mainland, as well as a bowling alley close by. Many enjoy bicycling and rollerblading through the quaint village or taking in our spectacular sunsets with a stroll on the beach. With nearly 50 miles of canals and waterways and the surrounding bays and the Gulf of Mexico, boating is one of the most popular past times on Siesta Key. There are boat rentals, charters, and guided tours. If you like to fish, this is the place for you! With nearly 1,000 species of fish, the Key offers year-round on-shore and off-shore fishing. You may wish to try deep-sea fishing, bridge fishing, or surf-casting. There are many types of saltwater fish in our waters that will give you the fishing challenge of a lifetime including barracuda, black drum, grouper, pompano, snapper and tarpon. Fish maps and charts are sold on the Key that will provide detailed information.
There are many attractions in and near Sarasota.: Sarasota prides itself on its cultural offerings. There is the opera (with a $20 million renovation), symphony, film society (and annual film fest in the Spring), aquarium, performing arts hall, classic-car museum, and dozens of art galleries. The impact of John Ringling can be seen at the Ringling Home, circus museum, and art museum. There is even a permanent circus in his honor. For sports lovers, there is the Sarasota Open tennis tournament in April and seasonal polo matches. There is world-class shopping on St. Armand's Circle. In addition to the cultural activities, there are many natural attractions at the botanical gardens, bird sanctuary, and state parks. Outside of Sarasota, are the many theme parks in Orlando (130 miles) and Tampa (55 miles).
