Further details about this house rental
You will feel relaxed and at home here!: The owners use this property as frequently as we are able to because we love it here so much. This is not just a rental property but our second home so we have made it as comfortable and attractive as possible. It has everything you need to feel very much at home while you are away from home.
Golf: Situated on a golf course in The Meadows but need to be member to play there. Many wonderful nearby courses. Lakewood Ranch and University Park 5 minutes away.
Guest Book: We stayed at 3775 Surrey for the three months from January thru March for each of the past two years, 2005 and 2006. We would happily rent again were it not for the fact that we purchased our own condo in Sarasota. We simply could not have been happier with our experience. The owners are very friendly and exceptionally easy to deal with. The house is beautifully decorated and well maintained. All the folks who visited us were equally impressed. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool, spa and lanai. And the adults spent many a night relaxing and drinking margaritas in the hot tub. There’s a nice view of the golf course from the lanai. And the property is very conveniently located to shopping, beaches and downtown Sarasota. You will not be disappointed. Anne and Peter Grant
