If you decide to rent the house, we will ask for a 30% down payment of the total rent. This should be paid within 7 working days after receiving the booking confirmation which will be sent to you direct from our property management. All the rental rates are given in US Dollars. Electricity, water costs, telephone usage in the local area, pool service and garden care and solar pool heating are included in the rental rate. Long Distance calls will be charged separately.
