THIS CONDO WILL HAVE A BRAND NEW REMODELED KITCHEN AS OF AUGUST 17TH, EVERYTHING BRAND NEW. Our Beachfront Condo offers all furniture purchased July 2006, including bedding, pillows, mattresses, televisions, kitchenware, etc. A new coat of paint has been applied to all walls and ceilings. The Unit has two separate bedrooms, with the guest bedroom overlooking the Blind Pass Lagoon and the Master bedroom overlooking the gulf. The lanai offers floor to ceiling windows and spectacular sunsets nightly. The beach has clear turquoise blue water and the white sand is extremely soft. It is the perfect place to sit and relax, collect seashells, watch the sunset, have a picnic or just take a nap. The Sarasota area has a lot to offer with restaurants, nightlife and amusement parks all close by. This piece of paradise is perfect for family vacations or a romantic getaway for two.

Downtown Sarasota offers award winning restaurants, theater shows, shopping at Armands Circle and the marina. Tampa International airport and Busch Gardens is approximately one hour away. Siesta Key Beach, which is 5 minutes away is known for its white sand beach and has been voted number one in the country by the Travel Channel.
