Sleeping: Our villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total: 1 Double Queen, TV and En-suite. 1 double with patio access to pool area. 2 twins and a Queen size sofa-bed, providing room for up to 10 people. We recommend 8 but the sofa bed does provide additional sleeping space if required. A cot and high chair can be rented for a small charge.
General: Our villa has 3 bathrooms for your use. Air conditioning keeps you cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. For your security an integrated security system is provided for your use. Not only does this act as an intruder alarm, but it can be set to warn you of entries to the pool area from the villa. Great if you want to know where the kids are.
Entertainment: The villa has televisions/cable, Sony PlayStation/ DVD player, CD player/cassette/radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls and free local outgoing calls. Wireless Internet access so you can bring your laptop on holiday.

- Security Deposit: You must pay a security deposit of £150.00 56 days before the start of your stay (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). The cost of any damage to the property or to any items in and/or at the property caused or any service charges incurred by you or any member of your party (for example telephone calls) will be deducted by us from the security deposit at the end of your stay. If no deductions are required, your security deposit will be refunded in full to you 14 days after your departure from the property. If the security deposit is not sufficient to cover any damage caused or service charges incurred by you, you will be responsible for paying us any additional monies required immediately on request from us.

Payment: In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 25% of the full payment (or full payment if booking within 56 days of departure) must be paid at the time of booking. This deposit is not refundable in the event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out below.

You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. There is a hair dryer. We also provide cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils etc. Towels & bed linen are provided, but not bathing towels.
