Cancellation by guests
In the event of you needing to cancel this booking, the following conditions and charges will apply

2) Cancellation between 12 and 6 weeks will result in full loss of the booking deposit.
3) Cancellation between 6 and 3 weeks of commencement of the vacation/holiday will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost of the booking. The Security deposit will be returned in full.
4) Cancellation less than 3 weeks before the vacation/holiday is due to commence will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the total cost of the booking. The Security deposit will be returned in full.

- Our 5-bed/4-bath home has three Master Suites and two twin-bedded rooms with shared bathroom. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and have radio/alarm and cable TV with DVD/VCR. The pool area can be accessed directly from the bathrooms in the two King-Sized suites. There is also a telephone with free Local, Long Distance and most International calls including free internet access.
